Responsibilities:

  • Prepare seafood for sale and display seafood products in accordance to S.O.P.
  • Attend to customer queries and support in counter services such as scaling/gutting/cutting
  • Perform pre and post shift preparations and assist in stocktake
  • Keep area clean, sanitized, and customer-ready
  • Support any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Keen interest in seafood processing and acquire fish-cutting skills
  • Passion to delight customers with good service
  • Candidates with kitchen cutting experience welcome to apply
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays on 6-days rostered shifts.
