Responsibilities:
- Prepare seafood for sale and display seafood products in accordance to S.O.P.
- Attend to customer queries and support in counter services such as scaling/gutting/cutting
- Perform pre and post shift preparations and assist in stocktake
- Keep area clean, sanitized, and customer-ready
- Support any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Keen interest in seafood processing and acquire fish-cutting skills
- Passion to delight customers with good service
- Candidates with kitchen cutting experience welcome to apply
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays on 6-days rostered shifts.
