SHANGHAI SUN ISLAND AND PENGLAI MAHOTA TOWN “PRIME EXPERIENCE” LUCKY DRAW 2023 TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Shanghai Sun Island and Penglai Mahota Town “Prime Experience” Lucky Draw 2023 is organized by Prime Supermarket Ltd. (PRIME)
- Grand prize consists of 3 winners, each winner is entitled to bring a partner along for the trip.
- Spend $30 and above (except the purchase of alcohol, infant milk powder (stage 1&2) and tobacco) in a single receipt to participate. No combination of receipts.
- The lucky draw is open to all residents of Singapore aged 18 years and above as at the date of participation. Prime Supermarket’s employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the draw.
- Travel period is fixed and no cancellation is allowed once the registration is done.
- All entries must be submitted within the stipulated period. Late entries will not be entertained.
- All lucky draw forms must be submitted in original copy. Photocopied entries are not accepted.
- Authorized lucky draw form must be submitted together with original receipt.
- Entries with incomplete particulars will be voided.
- The draw will be conducted at Prime Supermarket Headquarters: 125 Defu Lane, Prime Building, Singapore 539233 on 14 August 2023.
- The judges’ decisions are final. PRIME reserves all rights to amend the terms without prior notice.
- All winners will be notified by post. Unclaimed prizes will be donated to charity
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR GRAND PRIZE TRAVEL
- Prize Packages for two (2) people are for two (2) adults age 18 and above, all of whom must travel at the same time with the same itinerary;
- Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled;
- Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available;
- All travelers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests; prize cannot be taken over Christmas and New Year or Public Holidays in the departure or arrival country;
- Economy flights from Singapore airport only (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties); Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; Flight itinerary will be selected by PRIME at their sole discretion; Prime is not liable for flight delay or rescheduling;
- Travel arrangements, including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking, to and from the winner or companion/s’ home and Singapore airport do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion/s;
- A valid credit or debit card for incidentals may be required to guarantee your room on check in and therefore at least one of the travelers must possess and travel with a valid credit or debit card;
- The prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks, hotel incidentals, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;
- All elements of the prize are subject to availability; if unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and equal monetary value may be offered at the PRIME’s discretion;
- If the winner elects not to, or is unable to, use part of the prize, the winner will forfeit that part of the prize package;
- Prize must be taken in accordance with government guidelines and COVID-19 rules and restrictions in place at the time of travel, the arrangement and additional costs for any COVID-19 testing, quarantine accommodation or anything else that may be required is sole responsibility of the winner and guest;
- By participating in Shanghai Sun Island and Penglai Mahota Town “Prime Experience” Lucky Draw 2023, each participant agrees to take part in any promotional or publicity exercise as may be conducted by PRIME in connection with Shanghai Sun Island and Penglai Mahota Town “Prime Experience” Lucky Draw 2023.
- Participants shall not, without the prior written approval of PRIME, speak to the press or any other media nor give any interviews or comments relating to Shanghai Sun Island and Penglai Mahota Town “Prime Experience” Lucky Draw 2023.
- PRIME reserves the right to disqualify winners if any of the conditions is not met.
- By agreeing to these terms and conditions, participants consent to PRIME that participants’ personal data, pictures, and/or video may be collected, used, disclosed and/or processed by PRIME, and PRIME’s appointed agencies and vendors for the following purposes:
- For PRIME or its designated representatives or business partners to provide goods and services to the participant or parties designated by the participant and matters ancillary thereto.
- To verify and process payment when the participant purchases goods and services from PRIME.
- For verification and record of the participant’s personal particulars including comparing it with information from other sources and using the information to communicate with the participant.
- For research and analysis, including surveys and polls.
- For publicity and marketing, including print, digital, social media, radio, and free-to-air TV.
- To send the participant notices, information, promotions and updates including marketing and advertising materials in relation to PRIME’s goods and services and those of third party organizations selected by PRIME.
- To comply with any request from any third party or any order of court or directive from authorities investigating any alleged offence or misconduct or for the purposes of taking legal action against the participant.
DETAILS OF SHANGHAI SUN ISLAND AND PENGLAI MAHOTA TOWN “PRIME EXPERIENCE” LUCKY DRAW 2023 GRAND PRIZE
- Winners will be notified on the itinerary and schedule of the trip on 15 August 2023. The dates & itinerary of the event will be set by PRIME and will be ‘as-is’ basis. No changes on date or itinerary will be accommodated.
- PRIME shall not be liable for any cost to participate the trip including transportation to airport, visa application, travel insurance and any other fees beyond the actual event.
- Grand Prize consists of 3 winners. Each winner to receive the epic prize of Prime Experience for two(2) worth $8,400. Details of the travel package for two (2) is listed in the details below. The management of the Grand Prize redemption is done by PRIME and travel is fixed on 10 Sept 2023 – 16 Sept 2023. Grand Prize package inclusion for two (2) Adults:
- Roundtrip flights from Singapore to Shanghai, China
- Roundtrip airport transfer from Shanghai Airport to Sun Island, Shanghai
- Roundtrip flights from Shanghai to Penglai, China
- Roundtrip airport transfer from Penglai Airport to Mahota Town, Penglai
- Four (4) days and three (3) nights hotel accommodation in Sun Island, based on sharing one (1) double occupancy room, with daily breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Three (3) days and two (2) nights hotel accommodation in Mahota Town, Penglai, based on sharing one (1) double occupancy room, with daily breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Items not listed within the package inclusion will be held accountable for by the winner directly
